PBM, LLC, one of the country’s largest privately held real estate services companies, is pleased to announce it has acquired Cobalt Janitorial Services (CJS) of Miami, Florida.

Like PBM, Cobalt Janitorial Services is a privately held, family-owned business with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.  Founded by Marcos Becari in Ft. Under the agreement, Cobalt Janitorial Services will be a division of PBM Southeast and will continue to do business under the CJS brand with Mr. Becari serving as CJS’s president and will be actively involved in the leadership, strategic direction and long-term growth of the organization he founded.
