Director of Operations

Operation Management – Commercial  |   New York  |   Full-time


Are you a seasoned professional in commercial building operations with a knack for leadership? PBM is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee our NYC portfolio. Based at our NY headquarters, this pivotal role reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

As the Director of Operations, you’ll manage Area Managers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional janitorial services. You’ll also oversee staffing, client interactions, and operations management while collaborating with our Client Service Managers (CSMs).

What We’re Looking For:
– 10+ years of industry experience
– Expertise in union agreements and equipment maintenance
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Flexibility for extended hours, including weekends
– Proficiency in business systems (Paychex Time & Attendance, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Short Path)
– Valid driver’s license and NYC driving experience
