We provide the janitorial services for Credit Agricole’s space located within 1301 6th Avenue, a Paramount Group property.
To assist 1301 6th Avenue in the pursuit of LEED Green Cleaning Credits, our in-house USGBC LEED Green Associate provided a detailed Green Cleaning Policy, a breakdown of our sustainable cleaning equipment, a detailed staffing plan and an accounting of three months worth of janitorial expenditures.
The goal for sustainable cleaning products and materials was set at 30%, however as PBM is wholly invested in environmentally friendly cleaning our actual score exceeded 85% of total janitorial expenditures.
