PBM is proud to announce its selection as the provider of janitorial and security services at three of Westchester County’s most prestigious office buildings – Westchester One at 44 South Broadway and the two office towers that comprise White Plains Plaza, One North Broadway and 445 Hamilton Avenue.
Located within the central business district of White Plains, NY, these facilities represent approximately 1.3 million square feet of Class A office and retail space. The properties are owned by Argent Ventures, a vertically-integrated, diversified real estate investment and development firm headquartered in New York City and is managed and leased by Cushman & Wakefield, the global commercial real estate services firm.
PBM will be providing a comprehensive program of janitorial services to the common areas and tenant spaces throughout the office buildings, as well as security services to include concierge and routine patrolling of the buildings. The addition of White Plains Plaza represents PBM’s latest efforts to increase its presence within the Westchester County office market.
