PBM LLC, a leading commercial real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Ms. Kim Hackett has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2021. She succeeds Mr. James Fina, who retired at the end of 2020 after 15 years with the company. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Hackett served as VP, Finance since joining the company in 2016.
Based in PBM’s headquarters in New York City, Ms. Hackett will lead and oversee all the company’s financial functions nationally including accounting, payroll, billing, and accounts receivable.
Ms. Hackett will report directly to the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Mager, who commented on the skills she brings to the position. “Since joining our company five years ago, Kim has demonstrated incredible financial and business acumen,” said Mr. Mager. He added, “She is a strong leader, a strategic thinker, and I look forward to working with her in this new role.”
Prior to joining PBM, Ms. Hackett held top financial positions at iconic brands such as Martha Stewart Living, Loreal USA and Coach. She earned a BS in Finance and Human Resource Management from Rider University and holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. Ms. Hackett resides in New Jersey with her family.
